Swivel Bath Seat

The Swivel Bath Seat sits across the top of the bath and enables the user to rotate their body and legs either independently or more easily with the assistance of a carer. With a sturdy steel base frame which sits securely over the top of the bath with non slip, non marking rubber grips, the Swivel Bath Seat is a safe and effective item for those looking to transfer more easily in and out of their bath.

With a comfortable sized seat and width adjustable arm rests, the Swivel Bath Seat will provide a good level of comfort for the user whilst showering or bathing. Furthermore, the Bath Swivel Seat is lightweight and comes in to parts which allows it to be easily and safely lifted off the bath.

Simple to use and rotate, with a release and locking lever located to the side and under the seat, which enables the user or carer to release the locking pin which allows the chair to swivel, for which then it can be locked in to place at 90° when the user is at their desired position.

We advise purchasing a bath step, which can make getting on and off the Swivel Seat easier as the user will be at a higher height, making sitting and standing off the swivel seat easier and safer. 

Please bear in mind, that the user when swivelling will have to be able to life their legs up and over the bath lip by themselves or with the assistance of a carer.

The chair features holes in the base of the seat to allow for drainage.
