Do I have to pay for an engineer call out or repair, if my product is faulty under warranty?
We do not charge for call outs, item collection or repairs when you have experienced any faults under you warranty. Simply call our dedicated and supportive aftersales team who will be on hand to assist you with your issue.
When shopping with MobilityCo we understand how important it is for our customers to get their item(s) delivered on time, in great condition and with the assistance available should the customer need assistance with receiving and assembling their new purchase.
Standard FREE UK Delivery 3-5 Working Days (Orders over £50):
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days. These items will be delivered to your door step by one of our courier partners. Tracking will be provided.
Standard UK Delivery 3-5 Working Days (Orders under £50):
For orders under £50 we charge a flat fee of £4.95. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days. These items will be delivered to your door step by one of our courier partners. Tracking will be provided.
Ready to Drive Pallet Delivery - £55:
We offer a 'ready to drive' option for £55. This means we will assemble your scooter or powerchair in house, and then re-pack it into the box for pallet kerbside delivery.
This is ideal for people who don't want the fuss of self-assembly, but are still able to unpack the product and remove it from the pallet themselves. This is only available on mobility scooters and powerchairs. Please speak to our team should you wish for more information.
Engineered Delivery 10-14 Working Days - £80:
For those customers who might struggle receiving and assembling a large item like a mobility scooter or a riser recliner chair for example, we offer our engineered delivery service, where one of our qualified engineers will delivery your item, assembling and demonstrating your new purchase to you.
Our engineers will make sure that you are 100% happy with your new purchase and that you understand how to use and look after your new equipment.
We charge £80 for our engineered delivery service
Two Man Engineered Delivery 10-14 Working Days - £145:
Our two man engineered delivery service is applicable for our bed range. Delivering and assembling and of our profiling or electric beds is a two man job. Our engineers will deliver, assemble and demonstrate your new bed to you, making sure you are 100% satisfied and understand how to operate your new bed.
We charge £145 for our two man engineered delivery service
Northern Ireland, Highlands & Isles Delivery
Northern Ireland, Highlands and Isles will incur additional charges. At checkout you will be informed of the cost of sending your item(s) to your address. If no delivery option appears, please contact our team and we'll be more than happy to provide a quote for shipment to your address.
Please email sales@mobilityco.co.uk with your request for a quote to delivery your product. Please inform us what item you are interested in and your postcode.
Note: We cannot send an engineer and provide our normal aftersales service to Northern Ireland and Isles If your product develops a fault within it's warranty, we can assist via phone, video and email communication to help diagnose and claim replaceable parts under warranty.
Should your item develop a fault under it's warranty, we can still replace parts under warranty, but cannot provide any labour assistance to call out and fix your item.
How long do I have to return my order?
You have a 14-calendar day window to return unused products in their original packaging for a full refund. After this period, we are unable to accept returns, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for special orders or made-to-order products, as these are custom-made to your specified order.
Returns are not accepted for products that, when used, may compromise health and safety regulations, such as bathroom, toilet, or incontinence products, mattresses, and perishable items. A refund can only be issued if the product(s) arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. In the case of incontinence products, a refund can only be granted if the outer packaging/wrapping has not been opened.

Things You Must Consider:
When you receive your product(s), you are welcome to unbox and inspect the product. However, if you wish to return the product within the 14-calendar day period and you have used it with signs of wear, we can only provide a partial refund of the product's value, as it can no longer be considered new. This partial refund may be up to 50% off the product's value.
If the product is not returned in its original condition, MobilityCo reserves the right to either issue a partial refund or charge for repairs or replacements of any parts or products.
