  • Batteries are covered under warranty for 6 months.

Here at MobilityCo we want to make sure that all our customers around the UK are purchasing their next item with confidence.

Warranty is designed to protect you the user from any manufacturing faults that have occurred during the first 12 months.

Do I have to pay for an engineer call out or repair, if my product is faulty under warranty?

We do not charge for call outs, item collection or repairs when you have experienced any faults under you warranty. Simply call our dedicated and supportive aftersales team who will be on hand to assist you with your issue.

Once each customer places their order for the Invader it is then made to order based off the customers requirements.

We do offer two types of delivery for the Invader:

Free Standard Delivery (2-3 Weeks): This is where the Invader will be sent in a very large box on a large pallet to your property. The driver cannot take the Invader off the pallet for you, nor will they take the Invader inside any property for you.

Engineered Delivery (3-4 Weeks) £80: This is where one of our trained engineers will delivery your Invader in one of our vans, taking their time to demonstrate and provide a full handover to you of the Invader. Recommended.

How fast does it go?

The Invader is a Class 3 Mobility Scooter and can travel up to 8mph. For the ultimate off-road experience, discover the supercharged version, the Invader Xtreme.

Do I need a driving licence or to pay road tax?

Mobility scooters are not legally defined as vehicles and therefore you do not need a driving licence or road tax. You must be 14 years of age or older to legal operate the vehicle. You still need to register your Invader with the DVLA by completing a simple application form. This is included in the Welcome Pack that will be delivered with your Invader.

Do I need to insure the Invader?

Although it is not a legal requirement, we strongly recommended that you hold a valid comprehensive mobility scooter insurance policy. These polices cover your personal safety, other people’s safety, costs towards accidental damage and the value of your mobility scooter.

Can I pay for the Invader in monthly instalments?

Yes, we offer finance through Klarna. This can allow you to spread to cost over 6, 12, 18, 24 and 36 months. Please speak to a member of our team for more information.

If I book a test drive is there pressure to buy?

No pressure selling is conducted at MobilityCo. Our trained team of advisors are here to help you find the right item for you. The product will sell itself if you think after test driving it, that it is suitable.
