Do I have to pay for an engineer call out or repair, if my product is faulty under warranty?

We do not charge for call outs, item collection or repairs when you have experienced any faults under you warranty. Simply call our dedicated and supportive aftersales team who will be on hand to assist you with your issue.

Should you feel that you don't need or wish to have the assistance of an engineer to delivery, assemble and demonstrate your new purchase to you, then opt for Free Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days). This involves the delivery of your purchase by one of our courier partners. Your item will remain boxed and will be delivered to your door, driveway, or kerbside, depending on the size of your purchase.

If you think that the task of receiving this item, assembling it yourself might be a challenge, then consider purchasing our engineer delivery service (10-14 Working Days). Is this airline friendly?

Yes, this item is airline approved

Can I take the battery off to charge it?

Yes, you can take the battery off the scooter, meaning you can leave the scooter stored for example, in your car, whilst you take the battery inside to charge.

How long should I charge the battery for?

We advise charging your battery in a frequent manner, trying to avoid running your battery completely flat if possible. If you do empty the entire charge we would advise from empty, the battery takes 7+ hours to charge.

What is the maximum user weight of the scooter?

The Featherfold can support upto a 19 stone individual.

Can I add a front basket?

Unfortunately you can't add or buy seperately a basket that will fit on to the mobility scooter. We advise purchase a rear seat bag.

Does the scooter have a pull along handle?

The Featherfold doesn't have a specific pull out handle to pull the scooter along when folded, however, when the scooter is folded it can be pulled along by a small hand bar located at the front of the scooter.

Does the scooter come with a travel case?

Unfortunately it does not.
