Do I have to pay for an engineer call out or repair, if my product is faulty under warranty?

We do not charge for call outs, item collection or repairs when you have experienced any faults under you warranty. Simply call our dedicated and supportive aftersales team who will be on hand to assist you with your issue.

Should you feel that you don't need the assistance of an engineer to deliver, assemble and demonstrate your new purchase to you, then opt for Free Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days). This involves the delivery of your purchase by one of our courier partners. The eFoldi Lite is perfect for those wishing to have a scooter which can get them from A to B, out and about for the day, perhaps around town, parks, city or abroad breaks etc.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

From empty, we advise a charge between 5-6 hours.
