- Assembled Pallet Delivery £65 (delivered within 3-5 Working Days): Your item will be fully assembled, charged and checked before dispatch, so that when it arrives with you, it will be ready to drive and use. The item will arrive on a pallet with a protective box around it
- Eningeer Delivery £80 (delivered within 10-14 Working Days): Your item will be delivered by one of our trained delivery drivers, where it will be fully assembled and demonstrated to you at your home.
Returning Your Item
You have a 14-calendar day window to return unused products in their original packaging for a full refund. After this period, we are unable to accept returns, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for special orders or made-to-order products, as these are custom-made to your specified order.
Returns are not accepted for products that, when used, may compromise health and safety regulations, such as bathroom, toilet, or incontinence products, mattresses, and perishable items. A refund can only be issued if the product(s) arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. In the case of incontinence products, a refund can only be granted if the outer packaging/wrapping has not been opened.
