If you have received an order tracking code by email and wish to track your order, please enter the tracking code and your post code or house number related to that order.

Please Note: 

Orders which are being delivered by engineered delivery or on pallet will not have a tracking link. 

Deliveries for these types of orders are always communicated with the customer and an agreed day is confirmed when the customer will be in.

Please Note: 

Standard Delivery involves the delivery of your purchase by one of our courier partners. Your item will remain boxed and will be delivered to your door, driveway, or kerbside, depending on the size of your purchase.

Engineered Delivery is a service tailored for those who may require assistance in assembling their item or having it brought into their homes. The key advantage of engineered delivery is that a qualified engineer will personally deliver, demonstrate, and remove any unwanted packaging, ensuring the customer's satisfaction with their new purchase.

Please be mindful that for larger items, some of our products are heavy and may require assembly. When selecting standard delivery, ensure that an able-bodied person is present, as our courier partners can only deliver to the kerbside and are unable to assemble or bring the items into your property. It is essential to ensure that an able-bodied person is present on the day of delivery.

If you require additional assistance with your delivery and assembly, you have the option to upgrade to our engineered delivery service. Delivery will be scheduled within 5-10 working days, and our transport team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date and time with you.

If your property has any access issues, such as narrow roads, uneven ground, obstructions, or staircases, please inform us when placing your order in the additional comments section, available at the checkout, or give us a call at 0333 444 3160.

Accepting Your Delivery:

  • Ensure that an able-bodied person is present to accept the delivery if you have chosen our standard delivery option.
  • Check that everything is present and correct.
  • Inspect for damage (If you suspect any damage, follow the guidelines below).
