Do I have to pay for an engineer call out or repair, if my product is faulty under warranty?
We do not charge for call outs, item collection or repairs when you have experienced any faults under you warranty. Simply call our dedicated and supportive aftersales team who will be on hand to assist you with your issue.
Delivery:
Free Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days).
Should you feel that you don't need the assistance of an engineer to deliver, assemble and demonstrate your new purchase to you, then opt for Free Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days). This involves the delivery of your purchase by one of our courier partners. Your item will remain boxed and will be delivered to your door, driveway, or kerbside, depending on the size of your purchase. The courier cannot bring your item inside of your property.
Room of Choice Delivery (3-5 Working Days).
Should you wish or need the courier to bring your item in to your property then please select Room of Choice Delivery (3-5 Working Days) at checkout. This is where our courier partners will bring your item in to your property and unbox it for you. They cannot assemble your item for you.
Engineered Delivery (10-14 Working Days).
If you think that the task of receiving this item, assembling it yourself might be a challenge, then consider purchasing our Engineer Delivery Service (10-14 Working Days). Our engineers will arrange a convenient day and time to deliver your new purchase to you. They will assemble your item for you, demonstrating all the features, making sure that you are 100% happy with your new mobility equipment.
Free Returns:
We offer a no hassle and free returns policy for our products! Should your item arrive and you find that it isn't suitable for you or the person you are buying it for, simply contact our team to request a return and we'll take care of the rest!
How long do I have to return my order?
You have a 14-calendar day window to return unused products in their original packaging for a full refund. After this period, we are unable to accept returns, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for special orders or made-to-order products, as these are custom-made to your specified order.
Returns are not accepted for products that, when used, may compromise health and safety regulations, such as bathroom, toilet, or incontinence products, mattresses, and perishable items. A refund can only be issued if the product(s) arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. In the case of incontinence products, a refund can only be granted if the outer packaging/wrapping has not been opened.

Do I need to choose engineered delivery for my new chair?
The short answer would be no, however, we would advise choosing engineered delivery at checkout, as these items are heavy, and having a qualified engineer deliver, install and demonstrate your chair to you will make for a much more pleasant experience.
Can I choose to add heat and massage later?
Unfortunately no, we advise that any additional accessories required be ordered at the time of you ordering your new chair.
Does this chair have battery back up?
Yes, all riser recliners sold by MobilityCo have the battery back up, which means, should your home encounter a powercut, then the chair won't just stop, the battery back up will kick in, reducing the risk of the user just being stuck backright for example in the chair. Battery back up won't last continuously and we advise that should you encounter a powercut, then simply use the chair to get the chair back to it's upright position.
How long is the warranty on this chair?
The warranty is 5 years. The Eton is a British Made Chair and most British Manufacturers provide longer warranty lengths due to a higher quality build and a more premium product.
How long does a bespoke fabric chair take to make and deliver?
We recommend allowing up to 4 weeks for your bespoke fabric chair to be manufactured and delivered
Does the warranty cover stains or cat scratches?
The manufacturers warranty does not cover cosmetic damage to the chairs fabric unfortunately.
