Ordering & Payments:

There are a variety of ways in which you can purchase goods from us. You can either place your order online or over the phone.

Upon your order all your personal information which has been submitted is for the sole purpose of the order only. Your information is not passed to any other corporation or third party.

Out staff who process your order are fully compliant and educated on both data protection and the Computer misuse act. 

All payments can be processed via all major credit card or debit card providers by the MobiityCo Secure Payment System. 

No product is authorised to be dispatched until payment has been paid in full (including any delivery and postage charges).

Cancellation By Us:

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and MobilityCo if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; we do not deliver to your area or one or more items were listed at an incorrect price due to human error. If in the event we do wish to cancel your order contract, we will notify you immediately and will re-credit your account any sum deducted from your credit card. 


Not only do we set our own high standards when providing quality products and services, but we are also bound by law to provide products that meet satisfactory quality requirements and are fit for purpose for the user. 

If you find that a product is faulty and can demonstrate the fault to us, then it is your legal right to receive a refund, repair or replacement as per the consumer rights act. 

  • If within 30 days of delivery a fault has been confirmed then you can return it to us in exchange or a full refund.

  • If you find a fault with your product after 30 days of delivery (but within 6 months of owning it) we have the right to choose to either repair or replace your product. If we can not repair or replace your product then we reserve the option to either offer a partial refund or return your product and offer a full refund.

  • All our products have a minimum of 1 year’s warranty supplied by the manufacturer, in combination to your rights under the Sale Of Goods Act. Your warranty will cover the costs of certain parts of your product and in some circumstances the labour costs also. Please check your user manual which will state what your manufacturers warranty will cover.

    If you require an engineer to be called out to assess and repair your product, then a normal engineer callout charge of £80 will be required to be paid. This amount will be refunded under the circumstance that a manufacturing fault has been and the cost of labour is covered under your warranty. Please refer to the user manual to learn more about your products warranty.

    Should your item demonstrate a manufacturers fault then the parts required for the repair will be covered under your warranty. Should you be outside of your warranty or not have insurance, then the costs of the parts to fulfil the repair will always be communicated to you prior to any repair commencing.

Please note that our guarantee and the warranty provided for you product is only applicable to domestic users only. Furthermore, our warranty only applies to those that maintain their product as directed. Any adaptations to your products voids your warranty and guarantee. 

Damaged Goods Upon Delivery:

Upon arrival if noticing that goods are damaged, then the customer must report by signing the delivery note "Damaged On Arrival". On the same day upon the products arrival, if noticing damage you must contact us and inform us of the damages immediately. If the delivery note has not been signed with "Damaged On Arrival" then us MobilityCo the seller cannot be held responsible for the damages. 

VAT Relief:

Upon checkout, individuals who are chronically sick or disabled and are using their purchase for personal use do not need to pay any VAT.  

To qualify for VAT relief, upon checkout you will have to fill in the users details. Please state what their ailment or disability is. 

To be exempt from paying any VAT on products that are eligible for relief, you must have a long-term illness or are disabled. Upon checkout of any purchase from MobilityCo, you or the person buying on your behalf will need to state what your condition is. See below to see what conditions qualify you to be exempt from VAT.

  • You have a mental or physical impairment, which has a negative effect on your capacity to perform typical everyday activities.
  • You have a condition where the medical body classifies and treats as a chronic sickness or disability. 
  • You are terminally ill.

When a customer states their medical condition or disability to qualify for VAT relief, this is expected to be true and valid and orders are accepted as prima facie evidence by MobilityCo. The VAT declaration exists under The VAT Act, and no VAT will be added to your order. However, if at a later date the HMRC recognises that you do not have a medical condition or illness and disputes the validity of the condition that is stated, then you will be liable to pay the correct amount of VAT that should have been applied. MobilityCo will have the right to enforce this and charge you VAT amount that is due. 

Price Information:

All prices that are stated on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT, unless shown otherwise. 

Prices do not include the amount charged for additional costs such as delivery, packaging, insurance or any additions.

When purchasing goods from MobilityCo you are entering into a contract. We are only bound to this contract once goods have been dispatched. 

Where we display a reduced price on our websites products, the “was” price is the highest price the item has been offered for sale by us in the last 12 months and will have applied for a continuous period of 30 days or more. 

Promotional discounts will occasionally be published. Discount codes may only be used for purchases of full priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. 


MobiltyCo has taken the time to make every effort in regard to detailing as much information about the products as possible. Furthermore, colour options may vary from one manufacturer to another. 

We reserve the right to make amendments and edits to products descriptions and specifications.

Fraud Protection:

When purchasing with MobilityCo you can be assured that your card data is always transmitted and stored securely. When your card data is entered and we receive your order, your details and information is encrypted therefore ensuring that your details cannot be intercepted by any third party.

Your full card details cannot be read by any of our staff, they can only see the last four digits of your card number.
